The Cachalot is a Tier 7 ship in the Nautic Series mod. It fires a very high damage frontal pulse as well as two low damage lasers. Both the ship and the frontal pulse travel very slowly. However, the Cachalot compensates for this with its very high shields and immense firepower.
The Fin Whale and Cachalot are kind of like the Odyssey and Aries. Compared to the Odyssey, it has slightly higher pulse damage, much slower pulse speed, way more rapid secondary guns and higher shields. But it's also like the Aries because its pulse is slow and has no recoil.
