The Ship Editor is a feature that was announced on June 20, 2017. Only ECP users can access it at the moment. The Ship Editor allows you to create and edit Starblast.io ships and save them as a text file. However. the editor is not GUI-based, so you have to script the ship yourself. There is no official documentation for it yet, though some unofficial documentation can be found here.
